Here at ALJ, all shipping is done through The Courier Guy. Your item of jewellery will be shipped through them to you after completion at an additional cost.
If you live between Hibberdene and port edward, there is no shipping costs involved. You may collect at a local ALJ Kiosk shop here in shelly beach. You will be notified once your item is ready for collection and arrangements will be made for you to pick up your item.
Please take shipping time into consideration before placing an order. Usually shipping to major cities in Gauteng and KZN normally takes 1-2 working days, shipping to other places and outlying areas takes 2-3 working days.
The sending away of parcels are done on weekdays and working days, deliveries are also only done on working days.
ALJ is not responsible for items getting lost/stolen/damaged during shipping.
Also, please make sure that your delivery address is correct before finalizing your order. ALJ is not responsible if your item is shipped to the wrong address.
Please notify us via email if your delivery address changes, ALJ will ensure that it is sent to the new address, this can only be done before the item is sent away.
